Slice of Moroccan Heaven!

Describing itself as Moroccan Gastronomic Cusinine this is a gem of a restaurant in the heart of the restored Medina in Rabat. Recently restored itself this 300 square meter Riad serves excellent Tajine and Couscous in a relaxed environment. The Lamb Tajine is just melt in the mouth and the Couscous varieties are extraordinary. It's not easy to find as the restaurant is not signed from the outside and the streets leading to it's beautiful wooden door are very narrow and winding. Drink a pre-meal aperitif on the beautiful rooftop terrace and watch the sun go down over the Medina rooftops. This is as good as it gets in Morocco!
