The majority of the island's finer eateries are in the capital along Wilhelminastraat, serving everything from prime Argentine beef to local seafood dishes. Many are only open for lunch and dinner and some close on Sundays or Mondays; it's usually wise to make reservations. Most of the resorts also have their own restaurants
