This apartment has a very good location. It is located next to the Romana Subway station. Situated at the 1-st floor in a building made in 1965, the apartment has 55 sqm and front view. The entrance is straight from the street and the main door of the building has intercom. The heating is from the building - the same as the hot and cold water.
The apartment is composed by two rooms (one bedroom and one saloon) + bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom has a king size bed and there is the possibility to sleep in the saloon where you have a extensible sofa.

In the close vicinity there are many restaurants, bars, pubs, clubs and also 2 casinos. At just 10 minutes walking there is a beautiful park - Cismigiu Park. At 2-3 minutes walking there is small commercial area where you can found a 24 hours supermarket, a food market, pharmacy.
Policy:
The apartment is available for 365 days/year and it can be rented by day, week, month, year. The deposit 10 % and is completely refundable if we are announce by the cancellation with 48 hours before the arrival. In case that you cancel the reservation with less than 48 hours before the arrival we will keep the value of one night of accommodation.
Check-in time - 13:00 and check-out - 12:00 - but we are flexible on this. We accept smoking people with no announcement before arrival. As for the pets we request prior notice.
