A light airy studio apartment, with balcony, on the 1st floor. It is ideal for single travelers, couples or small families. The apartment has a large living room with dining area and double bed which folds into the wall for extra space during the day. A single folding bed is also available. In addition there is a fully equipped kitchen area and shower room.

- Most of our apartments have a balcony, from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. All of our guests are welcome to use the garden and gas BBQ.
- There is free on-site parking for all our guests, and for the more energetic visitors, there is bicycle and ski storage and a heated ski boot store.
- Laundry facilities are available for guests to use (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board). All bed linen and towels are provided.
We offer a "Bed and Breakfast" option to all our guests. Breakfast is served in the comfort and privacy of your own apartment and needs to be pre-booked. We can arrange for the delivery of groceries to your apartment, ready for your arrival. Fresh bread is delivered daily to the house by a local baker.

An ideal location for holidays at any time of year. The center of the historic town of Bad Ischl is just 10-15 minutes walk from the apartments. Visit the Kaiservilla, summer home of the Austrian monarchy until 1918 and the Lehar Villa home to Franz Lehar. Cultural and traditional events throughout the year including daily concerts from May to September.
Walk or cycle direct from the door and explore the beautiful Salzkammergut region.Play golf at the Salzkammergut Golf course. Ski the Katrinalm, Dachstein West or Postalm in winter.
A short drive away is the UNESCO heritage village of Hallstatt and the 76 lakes which make up this region, including the Wolfgangsee and the village of St Wolfgang.
The city of Salzburg, famous for it's associations with Mozart and "The Sound of Music" is just 1 hour away. Linz and Vienna are easily reached by car or train.
