Everything is provided for the perfect self catering holiday. Outside you can enjoy the pool deck with fabulous views over the ocean within a lush, tropical garden with swimming pool, 4 lounger chairs and cushions and small table and large outside table for dining purposes with 6 chairs and cushions. There is also a braai/ barbeque provided. It is the perfect place to enjoy a sun downer whilst admiring the stunning views. The outside area is part of the enclosed property with terrace and deck in a very safe area.
Apartment amenities:
- 2 double bedrooms.
- 2 bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi bath and shower, the other with a bathtub and hand held shower.
- Living room with two double sofa beds.
- Dining room.
- Fully fitted kitchen includes oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, washer/dryer and all crockery and cutlery and separate fridge and freezer.
- All linen and towels, table cloths and serviettes provided.

Location is in a seaside village, only 5 minutes walk away from the ocean with several restaurants and cafes and shops and supermarkets within walking distance.
Policy:
- Mimimum stay 4 days, can be flexible with check in times as long as I am informed in advance,
- No smoking nor pets,

- Deposit 100%,
- Cancellation according to the laws here in South Africa.

Prices:
- October 1st – April 30th R1200 a night for the whole unit,
- May 1st – September 30th R900 for the whole unit.
Notes: I have winter rates and summer rates for all three apartments. Winter rates are from 1st May until 30th September and summer rates are from 1st October until 30th April, rates will vary for the period of the World Cup 2010 football tournament for the month of June 2010 until 11th July 2010.

The apartments are only 5 minutes walk to the beach and other amenities within this walking distance include a shopping center with supermarket, post office, liquor store, restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs and little boutiques. It is also the best surfing area in town with abundant surfing gear stores.
