Located at the back of the property with own side walk and entrance. Outside table and chairs in little courtyard especially for this unit. Recently refurbished and decorated with the theme of the sea, all you hear at night are the waves. The property is in a cul de sac road with very little traffic and virtually none at night.
Guests have use of garden furniture and table and chairs and of course, the swimming pool. The outside area is part of the enclosed property with terrace and deck in a very safe area.
Apartment amenities:
- Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps. wardrobe, large chest of drawers, small table and three chairs.
- Small table tray and crockery, pots and pans and cutlery as well as oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer.
- Bathroom consists of shower unit, toilet and washbasin.
- All linen and towels, table cloths and serviettes provided.
Location & Nearby Attractions:
Location is in a seaside village, only 5 minutes walk away from the ocean with several restaurants and cafes and shops and supermarkets within walking distance.
Policy:
- Mimimum stay 4 days, can be flexible with check in times as long as I am informed in advance,
- No smoking nor pets,
- Children welcome,
- Deposit 100%,
- Cancellation according to the laws here in South Africa.

- October 1st – April 30th R450 a night for a couple sharing,
- May 1st – September 30th R350 a night for a couple sharing.
Notes: I have winter rates and summer rates for all three apartments. Winter rates are from 1st May until 30th September and summer rates are from 1st October until 30th April, rates will vary for the period of the World Cup 2010 football tournament for the month of June 2010 until 11th July 2010.

The apartments are only 5 minutes walk to the beach and other amenities within this walking distance include a shopping center with supermarket, post office, liquor store, restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs and little boutiques. It is also the best surfing area in town with abundant surfing gear stores.
