"The Umbria Villa Owners Association" is the only association of villa and deluxe vacation rentals in Umbria that guarantees the quality of the members properties.
Conditions: On making a reservation, guests will be liable for payment of 30% of the total fee as deposit, a sum that will be forfeited on cancellation of the reservation. The remainder of the fee due must be paid at the Check in. Please, in cash. Furthermore, a deposit of € 300,00 will be required on arrival to cover any eventual damage to the apartments during the stay, though this € 300,00 deposit will, of course, be completely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has incurred.
