Security Bond is required to secure the booking. This bond is refunded at the end of your stay provided that there are no damages done to the premises and chattels. Telephone and any other additional expenses incurred are also deducted from this bond.
Full Payment for accommodation is required 1 week prior to arrival, if paying by credit card, or electronic funds transfer. If paying by cash, full payment in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation policy:
1. Full Refund of Bond, if cancelled 1 month prior to booked dates*
2. 50% Refund of Security Bond, if cancelled 2 weeks prior to booked dates*
3. Security Bond Forfeited, if notice is given less than 2 weeks prior to booked dates*
However, your bond will be held for use when you book with us at the next time. This only applies to non peak season.
