Breakfast every day, housekeeping service, wireless internet, cable TV, and emergency medical care are all included in the daily rate. Our atrium with the dining area, bar, complete kitchen, large dance floor, and fantastic barbecue is great for meeting your friends for dinner or drinks or for your private parties. The rooftop terrace (Patio de la Morocha) is perfect for barbecues and sunbathing. We offer the perfect venue for the individual traveler and for small groups up to 20 or so people.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
Conventillo is located in an upscale, secure area on the border of Belgrano and Palermo Hollywood, just north of the Buenos Aies microcenter. Virtually everything you need is within convenient walking distance, i.e. numerous restaurants, lots of shopping, and transportation (subway, bus, or, taxi). Hipodromo Argentino de Palermo, a popular, year around, horse racing track is nearby. They also have a riding school.
Tango enthusiasts will delight in the fact that La Milonguita de Colegiales, a very nice, friendly neighborhood milonga on Fridays and Sundays, is only two blocks. The popular outdoor Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Milonga La Glorieta, is a leisurely hike through the shopping district in Belgrano ("the new downtown"), or two stops on the subte.
Policy:
- Our policies related to deposit and cancellation are flexible.
- We try to accommodate our guests as much as possible.
- We do not have a minimum stay requirement.
- Our check-in time 10am and our check-out time is noon. We make every effort to be flexible about this policy also. If you have a late flight you are welcome to leave your bags in our secure storage area.
- Children and pets are welcome.
- There is no smoking anyplace in the building. You are welcome to smoke outside on the apartment balconies and our rooftop terrace.
