It consists of three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen/dining room, a home office with ADSL broadband Internet and a WIFI signal, English-language satellite TV (with major UK channels) and a bathroom and separate toilet. There is private parking in the building's garage. It is within walking distance of all Beaucaire’s attractions, from the picturesque ruined castle to the lively canal promenade, as well as restaurants, cafés and shops.
* The terrace: A grand stone staircase brings you to the first floor above the street, where you walk out onto the apartment's large private terrace (580 square feet or 54 square meters), set out with potted plants, umbrellas and a terra cotta and ironwork table that seats eight. What better place to relax over a glass of local wine or Pastis, enjoying a lovely view of the castle of Tarascon across the river.
* The home office: The home office includes a Compaq running Windows 2000. There is a Netgear ADSL router/modem that allows wired network connections between the two computers (a cable in the bedroom can be run into the living room to connect a laptop you might want to use in a bedroom) and also "Wi-FI" connections throughout the apartment. There is an Epson printer. The computers are fully loaded with software such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver, and much more.

Only 15 km from Arles and Saint Rémy and 25 km from Avignon, Beaucaire is an ideal touring base from which to explore Provence, the Camargue, the Languedoc and much of the south of France. Nearby attractions include Roman amphitheaters, castles, medieval villages, Van Gogh landscapes, open-air markets, horse-riding, wine-tasting and boating.
Policy:
DEPOSITS: A deposit of 30% of the total of the rental fee is due when making your reservation. The balance will be due 45 days before arrival. For last minute reservations of 29 days or less before your arrival date, the total cost of the rental is payable within 10 days of making your reservation. A key and property deposit of €150 in cash is required upon arrival and will be refunded with surrender of the keys and certification that the property is in good order upon departure.

Or you can send a check to us if drawn on a French or US bank (If the US bank, in dollars at the daily exchange rate). The following cancellation charges apply:
* Cancellations received 43 days or more before arrival date: 10% of the rental.
* Cancellations received 42 days to 29 days before arrival date: 50% of the rental.
* Cancellations received 28 days to two days before arrival date: 80% of rental.
* Cancellations received one day before arrival, arrival date or after the arrival date: 100% of rental. No refund can be made of any insurance premiums
