This enchanting and luminous apartment is within 10 mintes to Piazza del Popolo,the Spanish Steps and Fontana di Trevi.
It is located on the top 4th floor of an 8-unit apartment building overlooking the Tiber River. This 1920's building has no elevator.
The apartment opens with a narrow corridor that leads to a large bright living-room furnished with 2 green sofas, easy-chairs and a fire-place.
The room is surrounded by windows overlooking the terrace. The cozy sunlit dining-room has a table with chairs easily seating up to 5. There is also a paned cupboard with plates and glasses attached to built-in wooden bookshelves. The room is decorated with highly functional but at the same time decorative pieces of furniture that makes one soon feel at home.
The night area has 3 bedrooms.
The first one is the master bedroom which has a queen size bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, an easy-chair and an ensuite bathroom with a box-shower. The atmosphere of this room is warm and comfortable, due to the décor and design in pastel colors. The master bedroom has access to the terrace.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (can be joined into a queen size bed) a wardrobe and a tall window.This room could function as the children’ bedroom since it has a playful atmosphere due to the colorful design.
The third bedroom has a single bed, a wardrobe, a secretaire, an easy chair and a tall window.
There is a cozy fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking supplies.
There are 2 other full bathrooms; one with bath-tub and shower, the other one has a shower and both are tiled with ceramics.
The apartment has a large terrace opening from the living-room and the master bedroom. There are abundant plants and flowers just like in your own garden. There is also a wooden table to dine-out.

Telephone/ ADSL internet connection, satellite TV, washing-machine, dish-washer, iron, ironing board, safe-box, hair-dryer and air-conditioning.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
Villa Borghese, Rome's peaceful 17th century park built as the pleasure gardens of the powerful Borghese family, occupying the Pincian Hill, one of the seven hills of ancient Rome, is within a 5 minute walk. Also the children's science museum is in the area.

Policy:
We have a 4 night minimum stay.
A deposit of 30% of the rent must be paid upon booking to reserve the apartment. The balance due reflected on the confirmation/invoice must be paid upon arrival in Rome, the day the rental begins.
The apartment will be clean and with all necessary supplies. Linens and towels provided, together with a welcome basket and an orientation pack containing restaurant addresses, maps and discount coupons.
No smoking and no pets.

Notes:
The cost depends on the number of people in the party (up to 5) and varies according to low, high and holiday season. Christmas and Easter (the ONLY holiday weeks) experience a 20/ extra from the minimum rate.
