This charming apartment, recently restored and furnished at a 4 star standard, is on the 2nd floor of a 16th century palazzo right behind Piazza Navona, in the quiet Piazza di Montevecchio.As with most antique palazzos, there is no elevator.

There is an entrance that opens, through an arch, onto a warm living-room which is furnished with a designer sofa-bed (very comfortable to sleep on), a matching armchair, a dining table with chairs and a tall window that provides natural day-light. adjacent to the living room you have a kitchenette which is fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies. The kitchenette has a window opening onto Piazza di Montevecchio.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, a wardrobe, wooden chest of drawers and a tall window providing light. It has been refurbished and is now all white, with a somptuous white bed and the TV (with sattelite) positioned on the white wooden chest. Next to the bedroom, there is a full bathroom tiled with white/beige ceramics that has a bath-tub with shower.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
This comfortable apartment is in the heart of the historical center just behind Piazza Navona and 10 minutes walk to the Pantheon, Piazza Farnese and Campo de’ Fiori. The Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are about 15 minutes. Bramante's Cloister, a beautiful site to visit and enjoy a wonderful brunch while navigating on the internet through their free WiFi, is just around the corner.

Policy:
- We have a 4 night minimum stay.
- A deposit of 30% of the rent must be paid upon booking to reserve the apartment. The balance due reflected on the confirmation/invoice must be paid upon arrival in Rome, the day the rental begins.
- The apartment will be clean and with all necessary supplies.
- Linens and towels provided, together with a welcome basket and an orientation pack containing restaurant addresses, maps and discount coupons.
- No smoking and no pets.

Notes:
