This cozy apartment is on the 4th floor of a palazzo in Largo Leopardi, next to the small park. There is an elevator. The apartment is bright and quiet. It has an entrance that leads to a well lit living-room with 2 comfortable sofas (sofa-beds that could work even for 2 younger children in a family of 4). The fining area a four-seat table and a cupboard.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a large wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies and has a two-seat table. There is a bathroom with a bath-tub and shower, covered in light marble-like tiles.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
It is in the center of Rome, close to Via Cavour. Largo Leopardi is a piazza off Via Merulana, a tree-lined commercial street starting at Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore and heading straight to S. Giovanni in Laterano. The area has good quality shops, casual pizzerias, and excellent bakeries and groceries, all serving a solid residential district.
The Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Domus Aurea are within a 15 minutes walking distance. The Cavour Metro stop is just nearby (Line A).
Policy:
- A deposit of 30% of the rent must be paid upon booking to reserve the apartment. The balance due reflected on the confirmation/invoice must be paid upon arrival in Rome, the day the rental begins.

The cost depends on the number of people in the party (up to 4) and the high, low or holiday season (holiday season are considered the weeks of Christmas and Easter) only and there is a 20% extra in the rate (that remains within the range above).
