Comfortable one bedroom apartment in Barcelona. The main bedroom has two twin beds convertible to one double bed on request. Sofa-bed in the living room to accommodate 2 more people, LCD TV, DVD and CD player, Internet ADSL WIFI (2,4 MB).
Air-conditioning/ heating. The brand new kitchen has full crockery and cutlery, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, etc. This apartment also has an accessible “patio” (small courtyard) with a table and chairs to sit outside, ideal for early morning coffees. The bathroom has all new installations, with a large shower tray. The accommodation in Barcelona also has washing machine, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

The location of this Barcelona apartment is in a pedestrian street where there are many fashion shops and with the mix of tourists and Barcelona's own folk, gives a cosmopolitan and multicultural feeling, typical of the "old town" of Barcelona.

The Barcelona apartment has an ideal situation for holidays in Barcelona. It is situated in the city’s center, just two minutes from the famous Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. The Pelai street, which is one of the main shopping streets of Barcelona, is just a two minutes walk away. A 20 minutes walk will bring you to Barceloneta Beach or you can simply take the metro and be there in only 2 stops. The apartment is situated in a very cosy neighborhood, cheered up by a colorful mix of Barcelona’s own and a wide variety of multi-cultural tourists.
The apartment in Barcelona is located in a pedestrian street, with many clothes and CD shops. The situation is ideal for shopping fans but also great for people who want to enjoy some culture during their stay. The apartment is situated at two minutes from the Modern Art Museum (MACBA), the Wax Museum and the Liceu Opera. The nearest metro stations are ‘Plaça Catalunya’ and ‘Universitat’. The "Passeig de Gracia" with its two impressive Gaudi houses, “La Pedrera” or “Casa Milá” and “Casa Batlló” are within walking distance of the apartment.
Policy:
We require a minimum length of stay of three nights. (Some apartments may accept two nights with extra cleaning fee). Prices are per night and per apartment, taxes included. To reserve the apartment a pre-payment of 20% of the total cost of the stay is required. This pre-payment can be made either by credit card or by bank transfer. Outstanding balance will be taken on arrival (in cash) before the apartment keys are given.
A deposit against damage is taken along with the rest of the payment and will be refunded on departure. (150 € or 200 € depending on the apartment). The client shall be debited (taken from the deposit) for the cost of repairing or replacing any fixtures, fittings or contents that may have been damaged, broken, lost or stolen.
All our apartments provide fresh linen and towels. An additional charge for final cleaning will be applicable per stay as a cleaning fee. (may vary between 30 € and 60 €, depending on the size of the apartment).
You must inform us about your arrival time to Barcelona upon receipt of reservation confirmation to allow us to be there on time to welcome you in the apartment. Check-in is at 14:00 and Check-out is at 11:00am. However, should the apartment be available the day before or after, we will be pleased to consider your needs. All arrivals after 21.00 will have an extra charge of 30 Euro as a “late arrival” fee.
20% deposit paid on reservation is non refundable. A cancellation 20 days or less before the arrival date will have a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the stay, to be charged on the credit card provided on reservation. If a client changes the dates, it will be understood as a new stay and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions.
Once you arrive in Barcelona: When you are ready to take a taxi to the apartment please give us a quick call to the number we will give you when the reservation will be done. To have time to go to the apartment to meet you, collect the remaining balance (in cash) and deposit and drop off the keys.
