This large one bedroom apartment is very central, 2 minutes from the Uffizi, from Ponte Vecchio, and From Piazza Signoria, in the Piazza Santa Croce district. Very safe, clean and quiet area, very well served from shops, bars restaurants and a very precious supermarket (not so common in the touristic center).
The apartment has an elegant entrance, leading to the living room on the right, that has dining and sitting area, and a double sofa bed; on the left of the entrance you can access the 3 other rooms, that are a double bedroom with big wardrobe, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, with dish washer and washing machine. The apartment has WIFI internet connection available. It is both very silent, and full of light!

It is both very central, but out of the touristic chaos. Close to all Florence major attractions, at walking distance to all city center sites, and closed to the highway (Firenze sud) and well connected by bus.
Policy:
We'll ask for a EUR 150 payment to be sent through Paypal to secure the reservation. We'll then meet the day of check in, where all rental money is due in cash if it's a short term rental, otherwise the first month rent for a longer term rental, plus a security deposit.
