Our cozy studio apartment located in our classically renovated building from 1910 can sleep up to four with two single beds and a double sofa bed. The studio has a private bathroom and open up onto the quiet inner courtyard of the building. The fully equipped kitchen makes this an ideal home base for a family or friends to explore the city.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
The apartment is located on the boarder between the Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte districts, in the center of the former east Berlin, near Museum Island and other sights. There are a various bars, restaurants and clubs just a short walk from here. The building is located close to the Rosa Luxemburg Platz train station, just one stop or 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz.

Please note that the apartment does not have a 24-hour reception. Please call the apartment 30 minutes prior to arrival (the mobile phone number will appear in your confirmation e-mail).

Check-out time: till 11:00
Arrivals after 21:00 will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 20.
* Please note that guests paying by credit card are subject to a surcharge of 4% on the overall reservation fee.
* Please note our apartment is non-smoking. There are balconies in some of the apartments.
Pets are allowed in the apartment.
Irons, ironing boards, baby beds, DVD - players available upon request. No extra charge.
Minimum stay requirements:
Friday, Saturday: 3 nights
Special events (i.e. Marathon, New Years, ITB, Easter): 7 nights
Cancellation policy:
- If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
