Location & Nearby Attractions:
The house is very near the village square and all amenities. We are also a short 5 minute drive to the popular but secluded Governors beach with wonderful local restaurants. Also located in the village are numerous restaurants and out door eating places. It has its own secluded courtyard offering peace and privacy to its occupants - each apartment has it own patio or balcony. Our company offers a friendly village community atmosphere just a short distance from beaches and a variety of leisure activities.

- Twenty percent deposit required in order to confirm reservation.
- No refund on deposit.
- 50% on due amount will be taken if this booking is canceled 7 days before booking date or there is a no show.
- It may be possible in some cases to transfer some of this amount to a later holiday, this is at the discretion of management.
- For a stay of one or two nights there will be a surcharge.
- A stay of one night is not always possible especially during peak holiday season and will only be allowed under special circumstances. Just make a request and we will see if we can accommodate you.
- We would appreciate if you could also include your flight information or if not available Expected Time of Arrival since we have to arrange for someone to meet you at the house on your arrival! If you do not have this information at time of making this reservation, please make sure to let us know as soon as you do.
