Our apartment is where the old and new Jerusalem meet, in the historic and charming German Colony. In the heart of the cafe scene in Jerusalem, a short walk to the Old-City and around the corner from the local cinema, fresh food operators, restaurants, bank and change.
Our apartment is fully renovated and geared for tourists, it's a quiet retreat after hectic touring, sit at the end of our street in the cafes and soak in the local atmosphere.

Policy:
- Reservations: In order to reserve an apartment a third of the rent is required to secure a booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, bank transfer, money order, (personal checks only for bookings two months in advance.)
- The balance is due upon arrival in either cash or credit card.
- Cancellations: Deposits are not refundable.
- Upon completion of contract rent is to be paid in full to the property owner along with a security deposit of $500.
- Rent does not include electricity use.
- No smoking or pets allowed.
- Check out time is 10am, Check in time after 4pm.
