With access from an outside stair and small loggia shared with Il Covo apartment. The entrance is directly into the sitting/dining room with fitted kitchen, the table can seat 8 people, on a side there is a nice comfortable leather sofa and a reading lamp. On the left of the entrance a small passage leads to a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase, takes to a very spacious upper room with three single beds, - in this room is possible to add one or two cots and there is still space to move around.
Our attractive holiday accommodation has been created by the lovingly and painstaking renovation of a large XVII century estate, near the ancient Sanctuary of Santa Maria in Valle, the origins of which date back to the late Middle Ages. The farmhouse, divided into one cottage and four large apartments, is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river.
A large garden equipped with tables, chairs, and canopies, with (7 x 12 meters) swimming pool surrounds the compound. All the apartments have been tastefully finished, fully furnished and they have been endowed with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room available for common use. BBQ. The quiet, hilly, panoramic area is only three kilometers from the beautiful medieval hamlet of Laterina.

Policy:
A deposit of 30% (thirty per cent) of the total amount due must be sent immediately on receipt of our booking confirmation. The balance must be paid at least 45 days before the start of the lease. In the case of a confirmation being issued within 45 days of the lease starting date then the whole amount due must be paid.
