The livingroom is very bright for giving out on a spacious and equipped terrace, a great place to enjoy a decent breakfast or sip a glass of wine in the evening.
The apartment lies on Guitard street in the elegant Les Corts neighborhood. In this middle- to high-class district you will find a great variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The green underground line (stop Placa del Centre) is 250 m away, and will take you in 10-15 minutes to the Rambla, the central Catalunya Square and the prestigious Paseo de Gracia. Also interesting to mention is that the main railway station Sants, with its direct link to the airport and its national and international trains (including the high-speed train to Madrid) is situated at 400 m from the apartment.
This cosy 50 m2 apartment is located on a seventh floor (with elevator). It offers a pleasant and large living and dining area, that feels more spacious than it is for giving out on the big terrace with plants, a table and some chairs, a real pleasure to relax from the city that never sleeps. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen in country decor and a bedroom with double bed and an enormous wooden cupboard to store your personal belongings.
