Gaudi is not only the name of Barcelona's most famous modernist architect, it is also this very luminous and quiet apartment. It is modern tough has a cosy and classic atmosphere because many authentic elements have been integrated into the recent refurbishment. At only 200 meters you will find the impressive Sagrada Familia, the cathedral designed by architect Antoni Gaudi and still under construction these days.
This place is located in the Eixample neighborhood, just north of the famous Diagonal avenue, in Sardenya street. The neighborhood is a middle-class residential area. There are many restaurants, bars and the typical neighborhood shops as well as big supermarkets. The nearest underground station is Sagrada Familia (blue and purple lines), 150 meters from the apartment. It takes 6 minutes (2 stations) to arrive to Paseo de Gracia / Gran Via, and from there only 5 minutes to walk to the well-known Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas.
The 65 m2 apartment is located on a 4h floor. An elevator goes to this floor, though one has to climb nine steps to reach the actual apartment door. In general Gaudi is very quite and its great luminosity makes it a very pleasant place to stay. The living room with sitting and dining area has a small balcony on the street side. The separate kitchen is fully equipped; the design bathroom has a bathtub that can also be used as a shower and has lots of light. The apartment offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a spacious cupboard and one with a single bed and another balcony, from where you can enjoy views on the Sagrada Familia church.

* A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out will be applied to all reservations. Late check-in and early check out, as well as check-in and check-out on Sunday, have a 30 € surcharge. Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40 € surcharge.
* Upon arrival a guarantee of 400 € will be asked. This amount may be paid either in cash or by credit card and will be refunded on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
