Sarria Centre is a bright apartment located in the heart of Sarria. It is a really nice place, both for its cosy atmosphere as for its excellent location and transport connections.
The train stop Sarria is only 50 meters away, and with just a simple underground ticket you will reach the very center of Barcelona, Plaza Catalunya, in less than 15 minutes, and from there on foot you arrive in a minute at the Paseo de Gracia, the Ramblas and many other places. The apartment is located in the very heart of Sarria. This tranquil neighborhood has maintained the atmosphere of the authentic village it used to be, before being integrated into Barcelona city: it has its own pedestrian streets, green squares, shops, restaurants and bars that have been here for years, for a public that is locally being considered to be high-class.
The 70 m2 apartment is situated on a first floor (with elevator). It enjoys an excellent distribution with lots of natural light all over the place. The wooden floor gives it a classic and homey atmosphere. The bright living room is located on the street side and has a small desk and balcony. The fully equipped kitchen-eating area is just nextdoors. Sarria Centre has two equipped bathrooms, a thing hard to find in Barcelona. The washing machine is put on a separate balcony, and is therefore out of view of yourself and eventual visitors, and you will find lots of storage space in the meters long built-in cupboard in the hallway. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with a single sofabed, complete the offer.
