The apartment is located in the higher end of Barcelona, just next to the enormous green lung Putxet Park, a very pleasant area. The railways (Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat) Line 7 with stop El Putxet are only 200 m away. You will be at the central Plaza Catalunya in only 10 minutes and paying only an underground ticket.
This 60 m2 apartment is located on a top floor (with elevator). It has a cosy and luminous living room with sitting and dining area, a very well equipped kitchen, and two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other one with a shower, very practical when several persons share the apartment. The place offers sleeping space for four persons: there is a bedroom with a double bed, and another room with a single bed and an extra bed, as well as a desk, all with cupboards. On top there are two really pleasant and often sunny balconies, giving out on a green oasis.

* Special rate for monthly rentals (minimum 2 months): 2000 € per month. Prices are valid for bookings for one or two persons. Any extra person pays 10 € per night.
* A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out will be applied to all reservations. Late check-in and early check out, as well as check-in and check-out on Sunday, have a 30 € surcharge. Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40 € surcharge.
* Upon arrival a guarantee of 300 € will be asked. This amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
