Batllo is one of the great modernist houses built by architect Antoni Gaudi on the world famous Paseo de Gracia, and at the same time it is this very cosy apartment with lots of natural daylight, just one block away. Only in January 2008 it has been refurbished and redesigned with a lot of taste, and its is a great central location to flavor the city of Barcelona.
The Eixample neighborhood is known for its precious late 19th century modernist buildings, and its elegant restaurants, bars and boutiques. From the Batllo apartment, located only one block away from the prestigious Paseo de Gracia, at the crossing of Aragon with Pau Claris street, you can reach many places perfectly on foot. Thanks to the "Paseo de Gracia" station at 50 m (underground green line, Generalitat railway and direct airport train), you can get to any place in the city quite fast.
This pleasant 50 m2 apartment is located on a 5th floor (with elevator). Although it is set on the street side, its is really quite. The well arranged living and dining area, with lots of sunlight every day, is separated from the bright and well equipped kitchen.
