The apartment Fira is a lovely and very spacious place with three bedrooms, and you will even more enjoy the enormous and private sunny terrace. It is very modern in style and has lots of sunlight. It is ideally situated to attend a congress at the fairgrounds nextdoors or to explore the city and the Montjuic hill with its many old and recent monuments. The famous Caixa Forum building is only 20 m away. This former textile factory, formerly known as Casaramona and built by the famous modernist architect Puig i Cadafalch, hosts nowadays an important cultural center and a landmark in Barcelona.
The Montjuic 1 Fairgrounds are only 100 m away. At 200 m, at Plaza Espana and Gran Via, you will find the red and green underground lines and the Ferrocarriles (local trains), that will take you all over the city. The recent Montjuic 2 Fairgrounds and the well-known Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya are only a few minutes away. Besides, the airport bus Aerobus stops on the same spot.
This 100 m2 apartment is located on a top floor; there is an elevator, though it only starts at the first floor. Therefor it enjoys lots of light, a spacious private terrace great to sunbath or have a glass of wine, and a second, smaller terrace next to the main bedroom. Fira has a spacious living room with sitting and dining area and a separate, very well equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms in total, of which one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with one single bed, with large built-in cupboards.
