Nowadays this district is characterized by the many elegant buildings, the spacious green parks and classy shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby, we find the more bohemian and culturally active Gracia district, which has small squares and streets full of life, creative shops, bars, cafes, movie theaters in original version and its own history as a former village. The nearest underground station is Fontana (green line), only 5 minutes away on foot. You will reach the historic city center in less than 10 minutes. The train from the "Ferrocarriles de la Generalitat" (stops Molina and Gal.la Placidia at 250 m) takes you in only 5 minutes to central Plaza Catalunya.
This 60 m2 apartment is located on a second floor in a building of five floors. This bedroom gives out on the street and is totally quiet thanks to a new double glass window, isolating it from the voices in the street in the weekend from the visitors to a renowned disco at 200 m. The apartment offers a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub. Besides there is a small balcony to keep the washing machine and cleaning material out of sight. The apartment is equipped with Satellite TV.
