The apartment is located on the second floor of a brand new building, in front of the beautiful Estacion del Norte Park. The area, in spite of being so close to the city center, is very pleasant and quiet, due to scarce traffic and various big parks, among others the famous Ciudadela Park. You will reach the Olympic Harbor after only a 10-minute walk.
The apartment is very well connected. The red underground line - stop Arco de Triunfo is only 200 m away - will take you in less than 5 minutes to the central Plaza Catalunya (though you can also go on foot) and in approximately 10 minutes to Plaza Espanya, where you find the exhibition center La Fira. Arc de Triomf also has a railway station; in about 25 minutes you will reach the airport by direct train.
There are three double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. All bedrooms have a wardrobe in it. The fully equipped kitchen is very functional. The apartment has its central air conditioning / heating system.

* Special rate for monthly rentals (minimum 2 months): 2300 € per month. Prices are valid for bookings for one or two persons. Any extra person pays 10 € per night.
* A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out will be applied to all reservations. Late check-in and early check out, as well as check-in and check-out on Sunday, have a 30 € surcharge. Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40 € surcharge.
* Upon arrival a guarantee of 300 € will be asked. This amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
