The apartment is located in the Eixample district, with its precious 19th century houses built in modernist style, in an area with many typical bars, restaurants and shops where locals come. It is set on the elegant Avenue Gran Via de las Cortes Catalanes, one of the main arteries in the city. The underground stop Rocafort (red line) is only 50m away, and in less than 5 minutes you will reach the Barcelona Fairgrounds at Plaza Espana, or teh central Plaza Catalunya. The spacious and beautiful Joan Miro park, with its famous statue "Woman with Bird" is yours after a two-minute walk.
This 70 m2 apartment is situated on a fourth floor. It has a bright living- and dining area (with double sofa bed), and next to it, a very well equipped kitchen. The bedroom with double bed has a nice integrated balcony with a cupboard where to stock your personal belongings. The second bedroom with bunk beds has its own wardrobe. * Special rate for monthly rentals (minimum 2 months): 2200 € per month. Prices are valid for bookings for one or two persons. Any extra person pays 5 € per night.
* A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out will be applied to all reservations. Late check-in and early check out, as well as check-in and check-out on Sunday, have a 30 € surcharge. Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40 € surcharge.
* Upon arrival a guarantee of 400 € will be asked. This amount may be paid either in cash or by credit card and will be refunded on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
