This place is situated in the Eixample neighbourhood, just north of the famous Diagonal avenue, in Rossell๓ street. The neighbourhood is a middle-class residential area. There are many restaurants, bars and the typical neighbourhood shops as well as big supermarkets. The nearest underground station is Sagrada Familia (blue and purple lines), 150 meters from the apartment. It takes 6 minutes (2 stations) to arrive to Paseo de Gracia / Gran Via, and from there only 5 minutes to walk to the well-known Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas.
You will find this 60 m2 apartment on a second floor (without elevator). The cosy living and dining room, with two very different areas, gives out on the street. Next to it there is the practical American kitchen with a bar, which comes in handy to have breakfast or just sip a glass of wine. The two bedrooms with each two single beds go towards the inner yard of the housing block; that is why total tranquillity at night is guaranteed.
