It is located in the residential neighborhood Vallcarca/ Sant Gervasi, at the bottom of the Tibidabo hill and next to the Vallcarca bridge. The famous Parc Guell from the architect Gaudi is only 10 minutes away on foot. Next to the apartment you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops popular with locals.
By train (stop Tibidabo) or by underground (green line, stop "Vallcarca"), Plaza Catalunya is less than 15 minutes away. On top many bus lines connect the apartment with the rest of the city. This 45 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor (there are five steps in the hallway) in a stylish building from the fifties. It has recently been reformed and is very well equipped. The living room offers nice views on a pleasant and large interior garden, with lots of sun and trees, which explains why it is so bright as well as calm. The apartment has a pleasant living room and clearly separates the kitchen from the dining and sitting area. The bedroom has a cupboard and large bed, and in the design en-suite bathroom you can relax with an authentic hydromassage, after a hard day's work or hours of exploring the city.

* A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out will be applied to all reservations. Late check-in and early check out, as well as check-in and check-out on Sunday, have a 30 € surcharge. Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40 € surcharge.
* Upon arrival a guarantee of 400 € will be asked. This amount may be paid either in cash or by credit card and will be refunded on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
