Muntaner is a cosy and very calm one-bedroom apartment. It is well equipped and decorated with lots of small details in a eclectic style mixing contemporary and traditional elements, to give you this really homey feeling. The owner has lived here herself for a while and one feels this warmth, as well as one notices the practical comfort of the apartment. It is situated on the ground floor in Muntaner Street (to the back side), with a few windows that give out on the small private terrace (no views though, because of the street level).
The apartment is located in the top neighborhood Sant Gervasi, very close to the well-known Plaza Bonanova, and not too far from several smaller and pleasant green parks in the area. All around you will find the typical high-class shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars where the locals go every day, together with some of the best schools and hospitals of the city. Only 300 m away is the railway line L7 - Ferrocariles de la Generalitat (stop El Putxet); in only 10 minutes it will take you to the famous heart of the city: Plaza Catalunya.
This 45 m2 apartment has a pleasant and well-decorated living room with lots of storing space and a single sofa-bed. It also includes a delightful bedroom with a double bed and a separate and very well equipped kitchen, that has direct connection to the terrace, where you have a table to sip a coffee or have a quiet dinner. On top there is the design bathroom with a hydromassage shower.

* Special rate for monthly rentals (minimum 2 months): 1700 € per month. Prices are valid for bookings for one or two persons. Any extra person pays 10 € per night.
* A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out will be applied to all reservations. Late check-in and early check out, as well as check-in and check-out on Sunday, have a 30 € surcharge. Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40 € surcharge.
* Upon arrival a guarantee of 300 € will be asked. This amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
