The apartment is located on Girona street, only two blocks away from Urquinaona Square and the famous Gran Via avenue. Plaza Catalunya and the Old City with the Ribera and Sant Pere area are only a few steps away. All around you will find the elegant and practical shops, restaurants and bars so typical of the Eixample district. You will arrive at the underground stops Urquinaona (red and yellow lines) and Monumental (purple line) within a five minute walk, though this location is also great to reach many places on foot.
This 70 m2 apartment is situated on a first floor (with elevator, though there are eight steps to do on foot). Its living room with sitting and dining area and American kitchen give out on the street, with pleasant views on the typical plane trees and lots of natural daylight coming in through the large balcony. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed oriented towards the inner patio and therefore very tranquil, the other one with a single bed, looking out on the street (with double glass) and thus more bright than the main bedroom. Both have a wardrobe to stock your personal belongings. A bathroom with shower completes the offer. The washing machine and dryer are conveniently hidden in a small separate room.
