The apartment is located at a few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia church and the Plaza Glories, where you will find a big shopping center with restaurants and a supermarket, while the many local restaurants, bars and small shops offer all the neighbors of this tranquil area need. In less than ten minutes by underground you will arrive at the central Plaza Catalunya or famous Paseo de Gracia. The Encants stop (purple line) is just in front of the door, and the Glories and Clot stops (red line) are 400 m away.
This 45 m2 one-space loft is located on a first floor (without elevator). The entrance of this old factory is absolutely authentic and not renovated yet, while once opening the front door of Factory Studio B a whole new world opens. An enormous and characteristic window lightens up the living space: an eating and dining area with pleasant details, a very well equipped American kitchen and a sleeping space for two, visually hidden by a cupboard. An extra cupboard offers more space for your clothes and personal belongings. A bathroom with shower in modern design completes the offer.

* Upon arrival a guarantee of 400 € will be asked. This amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
