Its renovation (Spring 2007) has been done with a lot of taste, using real quality materials and furniture, and has kept the character and style of this industrial design spot. Thanks to its orientation towards the inner courtyard, this apartment is very quiet.
The apartment is located at a few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia church and the Plaza Glories, where you will find a big shopping center with restaurants and a supermarket, while the many local restaurants, bars and small shops offer all the neighbors of this tranquil area need. In less than ten minutes by underground you will arrive at the central Plaza Catalunya or famous Paseo de Gracia. The Encants stop (purple line) is just in front of the door, and the Glories and Clot stops (red line) are 400 m away.
This 65 m2 one-space loft is located on a first floor (without elevator). The entrance of this old factory is absolutely authentic and not renovated yet, while once opening the front door of Factory Loft A a whole new world opens. An enormous and characteristic window lightens up the living space: an eating and dining area with pleasant details, and a very well equipped American kitchen. A big cupboard separates the living space from a first sleeping area with a double bed. An eight-step staircase goes up towards a second bedroom with a double bed and cupboard. Both bedrooms have their private bathroom with shower in modern design.

* Upon arrival a guarantee of 400 € will be asked. This amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
