* Special rate for monthly rentals (minimum 2 months): 1800 € per month. Prices are valid for bookings for one or two persons. Any extra person pays 10 € per night.
* A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out will be applied to all reservations. Late check-in and early check out, as well as check-in and check-out on Sunday, have a 30 € surcharge. Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40 € surcharge.
* Upon arrival a guarantee of 400 € will be asked. This amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
