It is located in one of the totally new districts of Barcelona. Here the 8 km-long prestigious Diagonal Avenue touches the sea and the beaches, and thanks to the Culture Forum of 2004, the area has been entirely reconceived and turned into a modern and well-planned neighborhood, one of the favorites of urban designers.
The apartment is located in a small street in the new Forum district. There are many beautiful and new parks all over the neighborhood, like the beautiful and spacious Diagonal Mar park, which has only been inaugurated in 2004. The newly accommodated beach is only 450 m away. By underground (yellow line, stops Poblenou and Selva de Mar, both at 400 m) you will reach the old city or the emblematic Paseo de Gracia after 10-15 minutes, while the bus 41 nearby will bring you along all the Barcelona beaches and the Olympic Harbor.
The Forum 2 apartment is situated on a first floor (with elevator). It includes a spacious and very bright living room, a large and very well equipped kitchen and two big bedrooms. One has a double bed, while the other one has a single bed and an extra bed underneath. There are two bathrooms of which one with a bathtub. The swimming pool on the roof may be used by the other neighbors of your building. The apartment has its own parking place (price not included).

* Special rate for monthly rentals (minimum 2 months): 1950 € per month. Prices are valid for bookings for one or two persons. Any extra person pays 10 € per night.
* A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out will be applied to all reservations. Late check-in and early check out, as well as check-in and check-out on Sunday, have a 30 € surcharge. Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40 € surcharge.
* Upon arrival a guarantee of 400 € will be asked. This amount may be paid either in cash or by credit card and will be refunded on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
