Villa Pape is situated on a hill, which may give you a little bit of trouble when arriving for the first time, but the superb sea views are worth it. Located about 2km from the city center, the area is peaceful and quiet. We are a nice distance from city noise and activity. We are perfectly located for someone who doesn’t mind a walk or short drive into the center of town but doesn’t want to have the city noise right outside the bedroom window!
Owned and run by the Rakic family, we pride ourselves on offering a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors seeking a comfortable base for their visit to Trogir. We are a family friendly establishment offering bed and breakfast as well as self-catering accommodations that are a great value for the price. We are down to earth, easy-going and not pretentious in the least. Although our place provides excellent accommodations with all the modern conveniences, we are not trying to compete with five star resorts. We enjoy getting to know a bit about our guests - we are more interested in whom people are rather than what they have or if they are following the latest trends! In return, we find pleasure in sharing information about our Croatian culture: history, language, food, wine. We also concentrate on social consciousness, which is evident throughout our establishment.
Generally, we have no problem accommodating special requests that are reasonable. In addition, we are usually available to make suggestions and help with plans for the area as well as for other parts of Croatia. We are proud of our home, culture and country and invite you to be a part of it.

Villa Pape is located in Trogir/Ciovo, within walking distance from the beach (200 m), on a little hill, ideally located in a peaceful and quiet area, away from the city center, surrounded with Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation which will enable you to fully enjoy your vacation. Walking distance from the center of Trogir (1.7 km), to the nearest shops (200 to 400 m), to the beach (200 m), near many major region's historical and cultural sites sets our villa in an ideal place for your holidays.
Policy:
Apartment you can book on line then 20% non-refundable advance is needed. You can also pay the 20% advance on our bank account, or send us your credit card details.
If you decide to take the last option credit card details you have to know that credit card will not be charged unless late cancellation or no show.
If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled later, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
