"Il Giacinto" is a one level self-contained apartment with about 500 sq. ft. covered surface and 600 sq. ft. of terrace. This apartment is composed as follows: entrance, living-dining room with great "pietra leccese" stone fireplace and a sofa sleeper for two, one cute main bedroom with 2 closets and direct entrance to the bathroom. From the living room as well we can enter the bathroom. Through an arch from the living room we enter in the kitchen and exit as well to arich of architectural details dedicated terrace. From the kitchen as well, through a staircase, we can reach a nice terrace. "Il Giacinto" has wooden beams ceilings and flooring is made of a beautiful traditional compound called "lastrico battuto" and "Pietra Leccese" stone. All plant are brand new and complete of heating and air conditioning. Original doors and windows have been restored or replaced with accurate reproductions when repair wasn't possible. All rooms have nice wall closets with gracious furnishing in decor with antiques, antique reproductions, rugs, etc.
