The Ghost City Inn, centrally located in historic Jerome, features a warm, friendly and hospitable atmosphere, offering guests a host of amenities. Stroll into town and wander through Jerome's many fine shops, boutiques and restaurants. Relax on the spacious verandas and watch clouds roll off the red rocks of Sedona as the sun chases shadows across the floor of the Verde Valley. Retreat to the courtyard and relax in the secret garden, or soak away your worries in the secluded outdoor hot-tub. Enjoy some interaction with other guests in the first and second story common areas, or simply cozy up with a book in front of the fireplace.

Visit the ghost town of Jerome, ride the Verde Canyon Railway, take a trip to sedona only 20 minutes away, see Montazuma's Castle and Well, explore the many trails in the Prescott National Forest, visit the Grand Canyon. Do it all from your home base at the Ghost City Inn.

Policy:
As we have only a limited number of guest accommodations, it is necessary for us to ask for a deposit with reservations. For a one night stay, we require full payment in advance; for two or more nights, we require a deposit equal to the cost of the first night's stay, including tax (the balance will be due upon arrival). Deposits are due at the time you make your reservation. Deposits placed by money order must be received within one week of making a reservation; if your money order is not received within one week, your reservation will be released.
If your plans change, we will be pleased to refund your deposit, less a $20 per room cancellation fee, provided we receive notice of your cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to your initial scheduled arrival date. No-shows and cancellations made within seven (7) days of your initial scheduled arrival date render the deposit non-refundable.
Check-in time is between 4:00 and 7:00 P.M.. Please advise us of your estimated check-in time when you make your reservations. Since we do not live at the inn, we go home at 7:00 PM. Therefore, after 7:00 P.M., a late check in fee of $20.00 will be charged. If you are going to be late, call us please. If you arrive early, check with us, as we may be able to accommodate early check-in.
Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. Guests who check out late will be flogged.
We are able to accept well mannered pets in the Sunflower room only, there is a $20 fee for any pets, you must arrange this prior to your arrival.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, money orders and cash.
Occupancy is limited to two (2) persons only per room.
Smoking is allowed outside only.
Sorry, we do not accommodate children under the age of 14. This is not because we don't like children, it is because we attempt to provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere here, and children are not always "agreeable" with our desires. If you have exceptional well behaved younger children, call us and maybe we will make an exception.
Pets may be pre-approved by contacting us first. The only room available for pets is the Sunflower Room. There is a non-refundable cleaning charge of $20.00. Additionally, you are responsible for clean-up or damages caused by your pet. We do have an area to walk your animal behind the inn.
