Payment Policy : To secure your reservation a 25% deposit of the full amount is required. The balance is due 5 working days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy :
Overnight Natural History Visitors: 100% refund of deposit is made if written notice of cancellation is given more than 60 days before arrival; 50% refund if 15-60 days before arrival; no refund if less than 5 working days before arrival.
Day Visitors: 100% refund if written notice of cancellation or group size adjustment is given more than 5 days before arrival. No refund if 4 days or less. Cash refunds won't be made at the stations; instead, travel agencies will receive a Credit Note after the visit.

a. Our dinning facilities serve meals according to a schedule and to the number of people expected to attend to each service. Please provide us with your arrival time so that we can serve you better:
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., Lunch: 12:00 m to 1:00 p.m., Dinner: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m
b. The use of sandals or walking barefooted is not permited on the trails for safety reasons.
e. Manipulating species (flora and fauna) is not allowed in our biological stations for both conservation and safety reasons.
