We accept payment by cash, Visa or MasterCard. Our booking policy requires the use of a credit card to secure your reservation. A deposit of 50% per night per room is required on booking. To avoid a cancellation fee of $25 per room per night, cancellations must be received at least 10 days prior to arrival. If cancellations are received within 10 days of arrival, we will do our best to rent out the room(s). If we are successful, the cancellation fee will not apply.
Check-in time is between 2 and 4 p.m. unless you have advised otherwise. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Sorry no extensions are possible during the May-October season.
A minimum two-night stay applies to all weekend bookings (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) between May 1 and October 31. A minimum two-night stay applies on holiday weekends throughout the year.
Our bed and breakfast features a non-smoking environment; guests are free to smoke outdoors on the veranda subject to the approval of other guests.
Pets are not allowed. Children travelling with their parent(s) can only be accommodated in Le Moulin Rouge (maximum occupancy is four persons) under the following circumstances: children 6 and under stay free; children 7-16 pay $35 per night per child. A separate room at the applicable rate must be booked for children 17 and older travelling with their parent(s). We do not offer childcare.
