A five to ten minute leisurely walk from the bustling Old Port District and newly developed waterfront. We are conveniently located just up the street from the International Ferry with service to Nova Scotia, a mile from the Amtrak station and less than 4 miles from the Portland International Jet Port.Churches, hospitals and the downtown shopping and business district are all within walking distance. L.L. Bean and all the shops of Freeport, Maine are a quick 20-minute drive north.

A deposit refund, minus a charge of $20.00, will be made if notice of cancellation or shortening of your visit is received at least 14 days prior to your reservation date. If a late (14 days or less) cancellation or shortening of your stay becomes necessary, and we are unable to rent the room, a full room charge will apply.
*Directions/Parking:
From the South on I-95 (Maine pike) take exit 6A onto route I-295 for approx 2.1 mi. to (first Portland) exit 4 leading to route 1. After crossing the river take the first right (favor the left fork-Danforth St. as opposed to Commercial). Stay on Danforth (for approx. 1.3 mi.) through 4 flashing lights and the full stop light at State St.
Then pass Park St. and the Victoria Mansion on your left and turn left at the next Red Light at High St. Cross Pleasant St. and turn left at the next Red Light at Spring St. The Inn will be on your right at the next intersection (Spring & Park St.) There is a 15-minute free parking zone on the right, in front of the Inn at the blinking light.
*Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is from 3 pm - 6 pm. If you plan to arrive at some other time, it would be appreciated if you would advise us in advance. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
