Sunset Hill House, a 2nd empire Mansard victorian, was built in 1880 as the servants quarters to the Grand Hotel Sunset Hill House which was across the road. Although the Grand Hotel is no longer here, the amenities of the old hotel, and the views for which it was renowned remain. We welcome guests from all over the world to our 28-room full service inn and resort with the best views (and the friendliest staff) in New England.

Policy:
One night’s stay is required in advance to book your room, and is refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival. Within 14 days, deposit will be rolled over to future date if room is able to be rented, else deposit is forefeit. Children under 6 not appropriate for the Restaurant at Sunset Hill. Check in at 3, check out at 11; however, you are welcome to use inn facilities all day on the days of yoru arrival and departure. The inn is completely non-smoking. No pets. No childcare available. Minimum stays apply. All offers subject to availability.
