Policy:
50% deposit required at time of reservation which become non-refundable seven days prior to arrival. If cancelled at least 8 days prior to arrival a $10.00 cancellation fee will be deduct from any refund. Check-in times in RV/Camping site 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM in cabins/house 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. All checkouts at 12:00 Noon. Minimum stay on weekends two nights, smoking allowed outdoors only, friendly pets welcome, RV/Camping $2.50 per pet per day, Cabins/house $10.00 per pet per day, max two pets, cannot be left unattended unles they are used to being in a crate of kennel, children welcome, extra person charges in RV/Camping sites are $5.00 per person. No childcare services available.
