Our Chefette, Roma, may not be internationally trained but she has prepared meals for people from all over the world and she does prepare her meals in the fine Alaskan tradition. To the best of my knowledge no one has ever gone away from her table hungry.

When venturing out on the water your vessel, Cruiser VI, carries a Coast Guards Five Star Safety Rating and your captain has a U.S. Coast Guard masters license. Cruiser VI is a fully contained off shore twin - Yanmar Diesel vessel, your safety and comfort is paramount.
