Deposits: A deposit equal to 1 night required to confirm reservation. For longer stays, deposit equal to 50% of total stay required. No smoking inside buildings. No pets. Cottages accommodate 2 people. Cancellations: $20 service fee for cancellations. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is received 14 days prior to stay. Deposit will be returned only if room is re-rented. No refunds for early departure.
