Policy:
Room rates are for double occupancy and include a full breakfast and applicable taxes.
Add $15 for an extra person in Kokopelli, Saguaro and Coyote.
Children 12 years and under stay free.
Deposit:
A confirmation deposit equal to one night or one third of the estimated total stay (whichever is greater) is required with reservations.
Deposits may be charged to a credit card to confirm the reservation.
All balances are due in full at check-in (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
personal checks and cash).
Cancellation:
Should it become necessary to cancel a reservation please provide written notice a minimum of 72 hours prior to check-in date to receive a refund, less a $20 administration charge.
For cancellations with shorter notice, deposit funds will be applied to cover any night(s) of the reserved stay for which the room is not subsequently occupied.
Policies:
* All rooms are Non-Smoking.
* Smoking is only permitted outside, away from open doors and windows.
* There are no pets on the premises and we regret that no pets can be accommodated.
* Check-in between 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
