At our inn each guest’s satisfaction and comfort are our primary concerns. You will receive personal attention that will make your stay an experience to be remembered fondly. We are only satisfied when you want to come back.
We pride ourselves on the personal services provided to our guests. For example, your full breakfast will include your personal selections.
Snacks are provided throughout the day and evening. During the summer season, fresh cut flowers are in each room, and every room has 2 windows with flowered window boxes. You are encouraged to use the grounds and barbecue. During the fall-winter-spring season (when off-season pricing is in effect), breakfast is a full continental breakfast.

a twin-sized, custom built murphy bed;

It is only 1/4 mile from the Chesapeake Inn to Tanglewood’s East Gate.
This is an easy stroll for most people. It is 1 mile to the center of Lenox.
It is less than 1 mile to Kripalu.
Policy:
The rates for the 2004 summer season are $315/night plus tax during the weekends and special events, and $185/night plus tax mid-week.
Special packages are in effect for July 4th and Labor Day weekends. There is no gratuity/service charge.
A 3-night minimum stay is required in conjunction with Friday/Saturday night. A bonus midweek night if available at no additional charge with a weekend stay. With a 2-night midweek stay, a 3rd midweek night is offered at no charge.. As an special added service for our guests, a free barbecue will be available on Saturday evenings.
No smoking is allowed inside the inn.
AX, VISA, and Master Card are welcomed.
50% of the stay’s cost is requested as a deposit. The balance is requested 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the schedule arrival, a full refund is given. Within the 30 days prior to arrival a full refund is given provided that the room can be re-rented. The Chesapeake Inn does not have a service charge associated with cancelling a reservation.
Unfortunately, we have no accommodations for pets. There are several kennels in the area and we can assist you in arranging their services.
