Operating as folks did in the Old West, we’ve deliberately slowed the pace of life at the Lazy Bee in order to give guests less stress and a sense of tranquility.
The Lazy Bee is a rustic lodge nestled at the base of Red Mountain with a view of Stone Mountain near the Canadian border.
Our eight log burning fireplaces provide a special sense of warmth and comfort.
The loft bedroom grandly presents a genuine feather mattress on a queen-sized bed. The mattress was built to specifications by a local firm who have been doing this since the turn of the century.
Our Bridal Suite, a tiny room with comfortable double bed, is so intimate a space that it feels as if it wraps around you like an old comforter.
The livingroom is a gathering place for fun and fellowship. Meals are special times at the Lazy Bee, whether they are served in the main cabin, the breezeway, on the deck, or as a picnic from the back of the jeep.
We go to extensive lengths to make yours the perfect getaway. We have been bed and breakfast host for years and love to cook and to have fun with our guests.
