Distinctively decorated, each room at the Moses Nickerson House offers our guests a private and serene getaway all year round. Fine linens adorn each of our beds, handmade quilts in the summer, fluffy warm comforters in the winter.

Seven rooms, each with a queen or king bed, private, in-room bath, TV, A/C, phone and hair dryer. A full served breakfast in the glass enclosed garden room at indivdidual tables is included. Tea or lemonade (depending on season) and homemade cookies are served each afternoon. Beach towels and chairs are available for guests’ use.

Policy:
Deposit policy: 1 or 2 night stay - full payment is required, 3 plus nights - half of room charges required, balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation policy: more than 14 days prior to arrival - deposit less $25 is returned. Within 14 days of arrival - full payment for entire stay is required - refund less $25 issued according to re-rental of part or all of original reservation.
Check-in is 2:30-7:30 p.m. special arrangements for later arrival.
Check-out is 10:30 - 11 a.m.
From May through October there is a minimu stay of 2 or 3 nights. No minimum November through April.
Non-smoking Inn. The facilities are not suitable for pets or children under 10.
